EZSport Privacy Policy

EZSport (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is an Android IPTV media player and sports-information application. This policy describes how information is handled when you use the app.

1. Information you provide

You may add IPTV playlist URLs, Xtream-compatible usernames and passwords, portal addresses, device identifiers required by a configured portal (such as a MAC address), provider labels, EPG sources, channel mappings, favorites, and sports preferences. Some playlist or stream URLs themselves contain access credentials. Do not share those URLs publicly.

2. Purpose and local storage

EZSport uses this information to access sources you choose, retrieve channel listings and guide data, play streams, organize channels, and help find potential sports broadcasts. The app stores configuration, preferences and some cached data on your Android device. In EZSport 1.0 Beta, the app is designed to encrypt saved IPTV URLs, usernames, passwords and portal MAC values using Android Keystore-backed encryption. This protection applies to supported local application storage; it does not encrypt a file you independently export or a connection to a third-party service.

3. Network requests and third parties

EZSport connects to IPTV servers and EPG URLs that you configure, sports-information services (including TheSportsDB), and EZSport-hosted resources such as Cloudflare Workers or R2 for app data and images. Requests can expose your IP address, device/network metadata ordinarily included in internet connections, requested URLs, and request parameters to the destination service and its infrastructure. Xtream usernames and passwords may be included in requests to your chosen IPTV service to authenticate and retrieve streams. A user-configured IPTV or EPG server may use HTTP rather than HTTPS; in that case, data in transit may not be encrypted. Third parties operate under their own privacy practices.

4. Data sharing and advertising

EZSport does not provide IPTV credentials to other users or sell IPTV subscriptions. Information is transmitted to the services needed to fulfill your requests, including IPTV providers you configure and app/sports-data infrastructure. The current beta is not intended to display third-party advertising. This statement does not mean that network providers or third-party services cannot process technical request information.

5. Export, backup and retention

You may export or import certain profile and channel configuration files using Android file-selection features. Files you choose to save, copy, upload or share can be accessible to the destination or recipient; review exported files before sharing them. Local app data ordinarily remains until removed in the app where supported, cleared in Android settings, or deleted by uninstalling the app. Remote services may retain technical request logs under their own policies. 6. Security and your choices

We use reasonable safeguards for information under our control, including Android platform storage protections and encrypted storage for supported IPTV account fields in this beta. No app or network connection can be guaranteed completely secure. You can remove configured sources, manage permissions in Android settings, clear app data, or uninstall EZSport. Only use IPTV services and content you are authorized to access.

7. Payments and accounts

EZSport 1.0 Beta does not require an EZSport-hosted account to add a user-supplied IPTV source. If a later version introduces app accounts, subscriptions, analytics, advertising, or additional personal-data processing, this policy will be updated before those features are used. Any future Google Play purchases will be governed by the applicable Google Play terms and privacy practices.

8. Children

EZSport is not designed specifically for children. Users must comply with applicable age requirements for the app and for any external IPTV services they configure.

9. Content and copyright

EZSport is an IPTV media player and sports-information tool. It does not itself supply, host, sell or distribute IPTV subscriptions, television channels or live sports streams. Users are responsible for ensuring their sources and viewing activities are lawfully authorized.

10. Policy changes

We may revise this policy when functionality or data practices change. We will post the updated version here with a revised effective date.
